Singapore-based hospitality brand, Ascott, is driving a global push of The Crest Collection brand, having seen a 40% YoY unit growth since 2022.

With 1,500 units in 12 properties, The Crest Collection provides distinctive immersive experiences. Established in 2016 in France, it now operates seven properties across Singapore, Jakarta, Paris, Penang, and Tours, with future launches in London, Bucharest, Hanoi, Tokyo, and Paris.

Catering to culture-seeking travellers, The Crest Collection enriches hospitality with a "Story Behind Every Door" concept, aligning with the 3.8% projected CAGR in global heritage tourism from 2022 to 2030.

Asia

The brand recently celebrated three landmark openings in Asia, with properties in Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia. The Robertson House by The Crest Collection in Singapore was unveiled on 14 October 2023, following a comprehensive refurbishment in just seven months.

Additionally, properties in Jakarta and Penang were signed and rebranded in August and October 2023, marking the brand's growing presence in the region.

Europe

Expanding further into Europe, The Crest Collection features properties in France, each showcasing unique characteristics, and achieving high occupancy rates.

The brand is gaining recognition in Europe, with The Cavendish London scheduled for renovation and rebranding, becoming the first property in the United Kingdom under The Crest Collection.

In Bucharest, Romania, Ascott has signed a 171-unit property in a prime location near the Palace of Parliament, set to open in the third quarter of 2025.

Furthermore, the 204-unit Citadines Saint-Germain-des-Prés Paris in France will transform into a Crest Collection property after the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
