SINGAPORE – Asiatravel.com Holdings is expanding its online booking, and offering “instant confirmation”.
It has been increasing the destinations available on its hotel reservations business while developing a new booking engine for air tickets.
The group wants to take advantage of a growing number of “last-minute” travellers, its executive chairman, Boh Tuang Poh said.
The number of online room bookings made through the Asiatravel.com website grew 42 percent for the year to September and the website now receives an average of two million visits each month, he said.
