Covering 530 square metres, the two-storey Louis Vuitton glass house will be the first airport store in Asia Pacific to be directly managed by Louis Vuitton, with a strong, tailored product mix that will best fit travellers’ unique preferences.
From January next year, visitors to Singapore’s Changi Airport will be able to explore the exquisite French charm of iconic fashion house Louis Vuitton, which will be opening its first duplex boutique in an airport.
Covering 530 square metres, the two-storey Louis Vuitton glass house will be the first airport store in Asia Pacific to be directly managed by Louis Vuitton, with a strong, tailored product mix that will best fit travellers’ unique preferences.
On the decision to open in Changi Airport, Michael Burke, chairman and CEO of Louis Vuitton said, “Louis Vuitton is a brand intrinsically related to the history of modern travel. Louis Vuitton has refined the Art of Travel since its creation in 1854, constantly developing new innovations. Given the right place and the right timing, it was more than natural for Louis Vuitton to create a space inside Singapore Changi Airport, dedicated to modern travellers.”
Located at Terminal 3’s Departure Transit Hall, the duplex boutique will take centrestage in the airport’s new themed garden – the Crystal Garden, which will feature tiered garden beds and a curated selection of flora and spheres of artisan glass sculptures.
