Near the boutique-hotel The Graham, and sandwiched between the Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton Georgetown, the first Rosewood brand in the D.C. market is a force to be reckoned with.

This is a unique and altogether engaging deluxe house, the smallest and most intimate of its ilk in the city. Like a townhouse hotel offering all the bells and whistles of the big boys, it even outpaces them being the only property to boast a prized rooftop pool.
