In Tamarindo's family tree of hotels, this is the clever middle child, a can-do entity with perhaps the most sophisticated contemporary fashion sense here. Similar to tiny Los Altos in that it resides on a panoramic clifftop setting and exceeds expectations, this place provides classic, blockish, modern design and a full-service dining room. Anyone that has bunked down on the Papagayo Peninsula will find many similarities with the quality of this lodge.
