Location and History

Facing a palm-lined beach at the end of a narrow alley off busy Isla Verde Avenue, across the small road from the beach, this hotel is unique for San Juan, a beachside designer boutique-hotel with a sexy South Beach vibe and a rooftop retreat worthy of SoHo.

Previously known as Water Beach Club, the property was undergoing a thorough renovation at inspection to give it more of a Mediterranean theme. It is the third O:live brand property on the island.
