Location and History

The St. Regis Cairo is located on the banks of the Nile River north of the Egyptian Museum and Tahrir Square. It's directly across from Gezira Island and its trendy northern Zamalek district and along the corniche with entertaining walks by the river.

The hotel occupies a gleaming 39-story tower, Cairo's highest, and one of its newest luxury hotels. It had quite the delay in opening with the date pushed back year after year.
