Location and History

Somewhat isolated in the revitalized, historic North End, in an area of former waterfront shipyards and warehouses dating back 300 years, the Battery Wharf is one of the more interesting hotels in the city.

Although some consider the location too far from the action, it provides easy access to North End dining, the Freedom Trail, the New England Aquarium and the Institute of Contemporary Art, and it adjoins the Maritime Museum.
