Gordon Ramsay is bringing his burgers to Phnom Penh, the capital city of Cambodia.
Come October 2026, the celebrity chef will open Gordon Ramsay’s Burgers in the 172-metre JS Tower in central Phnom Penh alongside Southeast Asia's first Planet Hollywood Hotel.
The tower includes a 360-degree observatory deck, a rooftop infinity pool, entertainment experiences and themed food streets.
Jack Yap, managing director and founder of the building’s developer, JS Group, said the company hopes JS Tower will encourage other developers to pursue projects that raise Cambodia’s international profile.
“One tower alone cannot change Phnom Penh, but we hope to take the lead and show that projects of this standard are possible in Cambodia,” he said.
“We want the world to see that Cambodia is capable of delivering not just skyscrapers, but destinations filled with world-class experiences.”
