Oceania Cruises has completed the installation of the Starlink satellite system on all its ships, enabling the cruise line to provide guests with high-speed, unlimited WiFi included as part of the cruise fare.
Oceania Cruises president Frank A Del Rio said the installation of Starlink WiFi across the entire fleet of eight small, luxury ships “means it’s never been easier to stay connected with loved ones while exploring our incredible global destinations”.
Using advanced low earth orbit satellites, Starlink will improve the capacity, speed, and reliability of onboard Internet.
Oceania Cruises’ travellers will receive two complimentary logins per stateroom which offers unlimited WiFi. Guests may opt to purchase additional logins and also upgrade to enable streaming services.
