Aroya Cruises has called up football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo and his model wife Georgina Rodríguez to front a new marketing campaign for Saudi Arabia’s Aroya Cruises.
The digital campaign launched on the couple’s Instagram channels shows Ronaldo at home with Rodríguez as they plan their holiday.
Rodriguez looks at options on her mobile phone before selecting Aroya Cruises.
The couple then transform their home into the Aroya vessel, complete with sun lounger, branded kitchenware and balcony, with views of the sea.
The couple then step out to their cabin balcony, saying ‘Yalla’, meaning ‘let’s go’ in Arabic, and Aroya Cruises’ brand tagline.
Ronaldo currently plays in the Saudi Pro League with Al-Nassr and captains the Portuguese national team.
Aroya was originally built for Star Cruises but in the construction process it transferred to Dream Cruises before being purchased in 2023 by Cruises Saudi.
Aroya will begin sailing in the Mediterranean in June.
