Royal Caribbean has unveiled an expanded lineup of Caribbean itineraries for its 2027–28 season, offering more ways for cruise travellers to island-hop in the region.
Beginning April 2027, travellers can choose from 13 Royal Caribbean ships – including the new Legend of the Seas and enhanced Allure of the Seas – sailing out of eight homeports, including Florida, New Orleans, Puerto Rico, Colombia and Panama.
Vacationers can have their pick of locales across the Western, Eastern and Southern Caribbean on a range of 3- to 9-night adventures, including visits to signature favourites such as Perfect Day at CocoCay in The Bahamas, as well as access to the upcoming Royal Beach Clubs in Paradise Island and Cozumel opening in 20206. The highly anticipated Perfect Day Mexico – set to debut in late 2027, will add another new destination to Royal Caribbean’s “Perfect Day” collection.
Plus, the tropical getaways continue at bucket-list worthy spots like the new Port Samaná, the gateway to lush jungles, the famous Salto del Limón waterfall and the best beaches – one of three scenic Dominican Republic ports of call in Royal Caribbean’s 2027-28 lineup.
Among the highlights is the return of the amplified Allure of the Seas, sailing summer itineraries from Fort Lauderdale before shifting to Miami for winter voyages.
Freedom, Adventure and Enchantment of the Seas will homeport across Miami, Port Canaveral (Orlando) and Tampa respectively, serving up combinations of beach days, cultural stops and thrill-seeking excursions.
Winter will see the comeback of Legend of the Seas, offering 6- and 8-night sailings after its Europe season, while Oasis, Explorer, Independence and Brilliance of the Seas will round out the winter roster from Florida ports. In New Orleans, Mariner of the Seas will return for longer Western Caribbean voyages.
Travellers departing San Juan will also have expanded choices, with Grandeur and Rhapsody of the Seas offering Southern Caribbean itineraries to St. Lucia, Antigua, St. Kitts and the ABC islands.
