WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE CHILDHOOD MEMORY?
I really enjoyed spending summers with my grandparents. They would cook wonderful meals for me and tell me stories and most importantly let me stay up past my bed time.
WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER IS YOUR GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT?
My wife is from Colombia and loves to dance. So I learned how to dance salsa to win her over. I think that is my greatest achievement although she would probably say I still haven’t learned how to dance.
IF YOU STOPPED WORK TOMORROW WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
I wouldn’t be able to stop work as I would probably go mad with boredom but when I retire I would love to be a tour guide for cruise passengers.

I listen to the radio a lot on my Iphone when I am walking and working at my desk. So probably my phone and earbuds.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR MANAGEMENT STYLE?
I would say I empower the team to take risks and think big. I am more of a collaborator than a director.
WHERE WAS YOUR LAST HOLIDAY SPENT?
We went to visit my family for Christmas holidays in Chicago, where I am originally from. It was cold.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE WORLD CITY, AND WHY?
It is hard to beat my new hometown Singapore but my favorite of all time is probably Rome. I love walking by monuments that are thousands of years old.

WHICH LIVING PERSON INSPIRES YOU AND WHY?
There are so many. If I had to pick one it would be my father John Treacy. He came from a humble background and has been a great example for me of how hard work, integrity, faith, and family can get you where you want to go. Even during tough times he always keeps his sense humor which is something I try to emulate.
