The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) has suspended Star Travelers SG Pte. Ltd.'s travel agent license on 27 December 2023 due to the company's failure to submit annual business profile returns (ABPR) and audited statement of accounts (AA) within the stipulated timeframe of 6 months after its financial year-end.

The Travel Agents Act 1975 mandates this compliance, highlighting financial concerns about the company's viability.

Star Travelers remains suspended until submission of required documents or for a maximum of 6 months, restricting new travel bookings but requiring fulfillment of existing obligations to customers.
