Oceania Cruises is calling travel agents in Asia to enrol in its new online training programme that is certified by Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA).

Travel partners in Asia can now become Oceania Cruises experts by signing up for learning via the comprehensive online training platform, which has been launched in Australia and New Zealand, and earn 10 CLIA accreditation points in the process.

“Our valued travel partners in Asia are our gateway to helping guests plan their dream voyage with Oceania Cruises, so we want to equip them with the right tools and training to help increase their brand knowledge... ensuring that they can sell Oceania Cruises with confidence,” said Steve Odell, managing director, Asia-Pacific at Oceania Cruises.

Oceania Cruises’ new Online Training Platform comprises six concise and engaging learning modules. The first module focuses on the basics, including a company overview and an introduction to Oceania Cruises’ brand pillars. Module two highlights the line’s OceaniaNEXT initiatives, module three Savour allows travel partners to discover Oceania Cruises’ one-of-a-kind culinary offering, while module four, Explore, delves into Oceania Cruises’ shore excursions, wellness tours, and destination-rich itineraries. Your Home at Sea, provides an in-depth look at inside life onboard the line’s fleet of small and luxurious ships, and the final module, How to Sell, takes a deep dive into selling tips, Oceania Cruises’ Best Price Guarantee, the booking process, offers, reservations, group bookings and more.

Each module concludes with a multiple-choice quiz to assist with cementing product knowledge.

Agents who complete the course and submit their competition entry by 30 November 2020 will stand a chance to win a US$250 gift card.
