SHANGHAI – The second Marriott International luxury property in Shanghai for extended stay travelers will open in Pudong in 2006 under a management agreement with Shanghai Xinzhao Realty Development Co., Ltd. The 223-unit property will be named Union Square Shanghai Pudong Marriott Executive Apartments. It will be the fourth Marriott Executive Apartments facility in China and the eighth Marriott International property in the city. The Union Square will be situated on a prime site in the heart of the Lujiazui district of Pudong. It will be part of a mixed-used development.
