The Sira, a new Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, has opened in Lombok, Indonesia, just 90 minutes from Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport.

This resort blends local culture and luxury, offering stunning views of Mount Agung and direct access to Sire Beach. It’s the third Luxury Collection property in Indonesia, joining others in Bali and Labuan Bajo.

The resort features 46 suites and 14 private pool villas, including a standout Beach House. Spanning 1,400 sqm, the villa includes three bedrooms, a private plunge pool, and beach access, perfect for intimate events. The presidential suite offers a two-story space with a rooftop infinity pool.

The design combines modern luxury with traditional Lombok craftsmanship, featuring handwoven tenun ikat fabrics and teak lattice walls. The resort’s airy, light-filled spaces offer a peaceful, culturally rich atmosphere.

Guests can enjoy diverse dining options: Island’s Table serves local and international dishes, Sija offers Asian specialties by the pool, and Medsa focuses on Mediterranean flavours using local ingredients. Glassary bar offers cocktails to unwind.

For wellness, The Sira offers a fitness centre, a two-level infinity pool, and a spa with traditional Indonesian treatments. The resort also has an event space for up to 100 guests, with modern technology for both business and celebrations.

General manager Harish Nair highlighted the resort’s focus on offering a luxurious stay that showcases Lombok’s natural beauty and meets guest preferences.
