Pan Pacific Singapore has announced the appointment of three new directors to its leadership team: Silvia Yeo as director of commercial, Elizabeth Ong as director of events, and Fennie Poon as director of finance.

Silvia Yeo, director of commercial

With over 31 years in the hospitality industry, Silvia Yeo joins Pan Pacific Singapore from Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, where she served as Assistant Vice President, Commercial Sales. In her new role, she will oversee sales efforts and develop strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth. “I look forward to leveraging my expertise to ensure Pan Pacific Singapore maintains its leadership as a premier business and MICE-focused property,” said Yeo.

Elizabeth Ong, director of events

Elizabeth Ong brings 26 years of experience in events management and catering sales, previously managing catering sales events at Kallang Alive Sports Management. At Pan Pacific Singapore, she will focus on driving corporate meetings, MICE, and weddings business, reporting to Silvia Yeo. “I am excited to develop and implement strategies that ensure our hotel remains a leader in these segments,” Ong stated.

Fennie Poon, director of finance

Fennie Poon has over 26 years of experience in finance and hospitality, having held key positions at prestigious hotels such as PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay and Shangri-La Singapore. Previously, she served as Director of Finance at Marina Mandarin Singapore for seven years. In her new role, Fennie will focus on the hotel’s financial strategy and operational efficiency. “I am eager to deliver strategic recommendations that drive revenue growth and optimise financial efficiency,” said Poon.

These appointments represent a significant milestone for Pan Pacific Singapore as the hotel continues to enhance its leadership team.
