Mark S Bradford steps into the general manager role for Mandarin
Oriental, Shenzhen, scheduled to open in early 2022. Previously,
Bradford launched Mandarin Oriental, Wangfujing, Beijing in the same
capacity.
The seasoned hotelier has two decades of experience with Mandarin
Oriental, initially joining as hotel manager at Mandarin Oriental,
Bangkok, and then taking on senior leadership positions in Chiang Mai,
Marrakech, Manila and Jakarta.
Bradford looks forward to building on his extensive experience in
China, and to provide guests with Mandarin Oriental’s standard of
exceptional service. As an avid art, music and culture connoisseur, he
is excited at the prospect of exploring Shenzhen’s contemporary art
scene.
Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen is located in a vibrant area on the upper
levels of a 79-storey building with sweeping views of the city. It
features 178 guest rooms and suites, eight restaurants and bars, several
event spaces and a spa.
