Global destination management company Discova appoints Susan Ogden as
Global Director of Supply & Distribution in newly created role.
Ogden will be responsible for integrating the teams in product,
connectivity and business solutions to implement global solutions and
processes that streamline products to market capability.
Said Discova Managing Director Suyin Lee, “Over the last 18 months,
Susan has been forging plans for our Global DMC Network. With this
framework now in place, we need to streamline how we design, source, and
introduce new product in the way our partners need it. Susan is an
expert in this field, and having already established our path into many
more destinations, she is the perfect person to lead us forward in the
product‐to‐market space.”
Ogden had previously over 20 years’ experience helming multiple
functions at Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG). She was integral in
driving product, procurement, operations and tech integration projects
before moving over to Discova in 2019 to manage FCTG’s DMC business as
Global Product and Strategy Leader.
