After a two-year delay, the Waldorf Astoria Kuala Lumpur will finally open its doors late 2026, offering 279 suites.

This will be Hilton’s first Waldorf Astoria in Malaysia, located in the capital’s Golden Triangle district of Bukit Bintang, where the heart of shopping, dining and entertainment converges.

The KLCC Park, Pavilion Mall, Bukit Bintang, Menara Kuala Lumpur, and the Petronas Twin Towers for instance, are within three kilometers pf the hotel.

Suite sizes start at a generous 76 sqm, complemented by seven dining and cocktail venues, a wellness centre, outdoor pool, childcare service, as well as 2,922 sqm of meeting and event spaces.

Leading the hotel opening is general manager Etienne Dalançon, who comes with over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality across Asia and Europe. He was most recently GM at Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi.
