Oakwood Asia Pacific has launched a new serviced residence brand in the world Oakwood Studios. This new boutique brand caters to the urban traveller who wants the premium feel of a five-star hotel but not pay for the frills.
The first new Oakwood Studios serviced residence in Singapore is located adjacent to Mount Elizabeth and will be opened November 2016. The company is looking to open other Oakwood Studios properties in Bangkok, London, New York, Tokyo, Sydney and Shanghai.
Said Dean Schreiber, “Oakwood Studios is hip and functional and we were looking for the correct partner to work with in Singapore. We were confident of the product they were building for us and the location is central.”
