Mondrian Hong Kong, the brand’s first venture in Greater China, has opened in Tsim Sha Tsui. The hotel's 324 guest rooms, which include 12 expansive suites, present unparalleled views of Victoria Harbour and the cityscape.

This contemporary property is a fusion of Hong Kong's rich heritage and modern design. It features distinctive elements such as a floating minibar, captivating art installations, and performances by local artists, creating an immersive cultural experience.

Among it’s F&B options is Carna by Dario Cecchini, a Italian steakhouse located on the 39th floor. Conceived by the iconic butcher, Dario Cecchini, this vibrant restaurant presents authentic Tuscan cuisine with a zero-waste philosophy.

On the 38th floor lies Avoca, a sophisticated bar offering breathtaking views of Hong Kong Island and Victoria Harbour. This elegant space is dedicated to crafting handcrafted cocktails and presenting curated culinary delights. With its vibrant energy, live DJs, and elevated bar culture, Avoca is designed as a social hub for guests to unwind and socialise.

Mondrian Hong Kong inaugurated its grand opening with a meaningful initiative, extending invitations to single-parent families for an exclusive staycation. Collaborating with local NGOs SoCO and the Hong Kong Single Parents Association, the hotel offered complimentary accommodations, meals, and M+ museum tickets to support and engage with the community.
