Among it’s F&B options is Carna by Dario Cecchini, a Italian
steakhouse located on the 39th floor. Conceived by the iconic butcher,
Dario Cecchini, this vibrant restaurant presents authentic Tuscan
cuisine with a zero-waste philosophy.
On the 38th floor lies Avoca, a sophisticated bar offering
breathtaking views of Hong Kong Island and Victoria Harbour. This
elegant space is dedicated to crafting handcrafted cocktails and
presenting curated culinary delights. With its vibrant energy, live DJs,
and elevated bar culture, Avoca is designed as a social hub for guests
to unwind and socialise.
Mondrian Hong Kong inaugurated its grand opening with a meaningful
initiative, extending invitations to single-parent families for an
exclusive staycation. Collaborating with local NGOs SoCO and the Hong
Kong Single Parents Association, the hotel offered complimentary
accommodations, meals, and M+ museum tickets to support and engage with
the community.
