JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group has been appointed to offer the resorts for sale.
Accor is selling the Sofitel Bora Bora Marara Beach Resort, Sofitel Bora Bora Private Island and Sofitel Moorea Ia Ora Beach Resort in a move to focus on investment in Europe.

"This rare offering presents investors and owner-operators with an unparalleled counter-cyclical opportunity to acquire a large scale presence in this world renowned tourism destination," said Peter Harper, senior vice president, JLL Hotels & Hospitality.
Located a short distance from Tahiti, JLL says the resorts have an established market reputation, "and offer a number of asset enhancement and trading upside opportunities".
Harper said French Polynesia is directly accessible from the major international gateways of Los Angeles, Santiago, Auckland, Tokyo and Honolulu.
Expressions of Interest for the sale of the three resorts close November 26.
