The inventory of HRS, a leading provider of of end-to-end solutions for corporate hotel programmes, spans 190 countries with more than 350,000 hotels including 210,000+ independent properties.

ALTOUR, the largest independently owned travel management company (TMC) in the US, has inked an agreement with HRS that will see its global corporate clients getting access to the latter’s inventory worldwide.

The inventory of HRS, a leading provider of of end-to-end solutions for corporate hotel programmes, spans 190 countries with more than 350,000 hotels including 210,000+ independent properties .

Apart from access to HRS’ big inventory, ALTOUR’s clients will be able to book rooms at hotels, which do not participate in traditional booking channels, at rates exclusively negotiated for HRS business clients.

HRS also complements ALTOUR’s hotel solutions that include the AHC Luxury Amenity Programme, the ALT Boutique Rate and Amenity Programme, the ENT ALTOUR’s Entertainment Hotel Programme and the Radius global hotel programme.

Barry Noskeau, ALTOUR’s executive vice president and chief operating officer, said the partnership was timely as more of its corporate clients are expanding to different corners of the globe.

“It’s vital that we continue providing business-grade hotels to their travellers,” he added. 

Jason Long, vice president of partnerships for HRS, added that ALTOUR is an “ideal first partner” for his company’s “new, deeper level of TMC engagement”.

Last year ALTOUR recorded sales of US$2.6 billion.
