A veteran hotelier, Lagerwey has spent more than 20 years in hotel management, both within Singapore and throughout Asia, the United States and Europe.</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Arial Unicode MS'"><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></span></font>
<span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt"><font color=""#000000"">Prior to joining Capella Singapore, Lagerwey was general manager at Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts Bali.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>He was also previously hotel manager for Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore from 2001 to 2005.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Prior to this, he was executive assistant F&B manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Seoul.<o:p></o:p></font></span>
