It’s blooming Lego bricks at Jewel Changi Airport, as Singapore’s aviation hub turns into a floral-themed wonderland.

From now through 30 August, visitors can walk through some 800,000 Lego bricks assembled into large floral installations across Jewel, including towering 2m Lego rose displays at the Forest Valley against the iconic rain vortex.

At the Canopy Park on level five, a horticultural trail takes inspiration from Lego’s Gardens of the World series of garden designs worldwide – such as a Japanese garden complete with water lilies and koi fish, a Mediterranean-inspired fountain garden and English country garden setting.

Visitors can also join in an interactive Lego stamp rally found at seven spots across Jewel, in exchange for a special souvenir at the Lego pop-up store at basement one.

As part of the opening day, local fashion designers put on a runway showcase where models sported fashion pieces integrating Lego botanical elements into wearable works of art. These creations will remain on display at the Lego pop-up store, and the visual merchandising displays at level two.
