Dinosaurs are stomping their way across Thailand as Jurassic World Rebirth, the latest instalment in the blockbuster franchise, hits cinemas worldwide.
With Krabi serving as a key filming location, the country is seizing the moment to offer fans a pair of immersive Jurassic-themed experiences – one at a luxury beach resort, the other in the heart of Bangkok.
Roaring into the capital: Jurassic World Experience in Bangkok

Launching on 8 August 2025 at Asiatique The Riverfront, Jurassic World: The Experience spans over 6,000sqm of immersive attractions inspired by the movie. Presented by Asset World Corporation, NEON and Universal Destinations and Experiences, the exhibition features life-size animatronic dinosaurs, recreated scenes from Isla Nublar, and interactive zones.
Highlights include:
A grand Welcome Centre
Encounters with a Brachiosaurus and juvenile dinosaurs in the Petting Zoo
Predator Pavilion with Velociraptors
A jungle trek through the remnants of Jurassic Park
An escape finale from the T. rex
Tickets start from THB 579 (US$18) for children (aged 3–10) and THB 769 (US$23.50) for adults, with pre-sale access available at jurassicworldexperience.com/th. General ticket sales open on 11 July.

To celebrate Krabi’s starring role in the film, Banyan Tree Krabi has launched a “Jurassic Explorer” package for guests staying at the resort until 21 December 2025.
The package includes:
A Jurassic World-themed welcome drink and snack
A half-day longtail boat excursion to Hong Island and nearby filming locations
A 3-hour tour to Klong Root (Clear Water Canal), featured in the movie’s dramatic river escape
A Banyan Tree filming locations guidebook
A 60-minute full-body massage at Banyan Tree Spa Krabi
Special pricing on two tickets to Jurassic World: The Experience in Bangkok
Guests can also enjoy new menu items inspired by the film, including the “Jurassic Laab” – a spicy minced meat salad in tribute to actress Scarlett Johansson’s favourite Thai dish – and a deep-fried “Fossil Egg”. Meanwhile, the resort’s bar offers themed cocktails like “T-Rex Rampage” and “The Raptor Forest”.
“It didn’t surprise us at all that the film’s producers would call on Krabi as the setting for a dinosaur habitat,” said Haruethai Maneerat, General Manager of Banyan Tree Krabi.
