The U-FLY Alliance of low-cost airlines has a new member – Eastar Jet.
The South Korean airline will open up more destinations across Northern Asia and enable travellers to access U-FLY Alliance connections in Seoul, Busan, Jeju and other cities.
Launched in 2009, Eastar Jet’s route map covers 24 international and domestic destinations. It currently operates 17 aircraft with two more expected to join by the end of 2017.
“As the first LCC alliance in the world, we’re proud to see the U-FLY Alliance taking off so quickly,” said Jimmy Ma, chairman / director of U-FLY Alliance.
Eastar Jet joins HK Express, Lucky Air, Urumqi Air and West Air in the U-FLY alliance.
