Hangzhou will be Scoot’s fifth destination in China. The others include Tianjin, Shenyang, Qingdao and Nanjing. Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang province, has been described as one of China’s most prosperous cities, due in part to its legacy as an ancient capital and its scenic landscape. It is also one of the main exhibition cities in China.
Customers who have made advance bookings to fly the Singapore‐Hangzhou route on SilkAir can opt for a refund or be re‐accommodated either on Scoot’s new services or on Singapore Airlines’ flights to Shanghai.
