KUALA LUMPUR – Malaysia’s low cost, no-frills airline AirAsia has opened another channel for air travellers to pay for flight tickets booked via telephone, and that is at Pos Malaysia Bhd’s 600 branches nationwide.
AirAsia said in a statement the payment for tickets booked via AirAsia’s nationwide call centre would have to be made within 48 hours.
Travellers have to fill “Pos Akaun 39” forms at Pos Malaysia, stating booking reference number, contact number and amount payable before effecting payment.
Pos Malaysia charges a RM2.50 (US$0.66) fee the service.
