Northstar Travel Group is proud to present M&C Asia Connections (MCAC) 2019, a newly minted premier invitation-only event for highly qualified meetings and incentive professionals looking to plan programmes in Asia.
Happening from August 20 to 21 in Singapore, MCAC 2019 will leverage Northstar’s comprehensive global MICE database and reputable brands to connect pre-qualified international planners from corporations, associations, incentive houses and independent planning companies from North America, Europe and Asia with elite Asian travel suppliers comprising hotels, resorts, convention bureaus (CVBs) and destination management companies (DMCs).
But more than a mere marketplace, MCAC 2019 will feature a series of pre-scheduled one-on-one appointments, along with in-depth expert education sessions that offers thought-provoking insights on the industry. Alongside these business meetings is a whole host of unique experiential networking activities over the two-day event.
David Blansfield, executive vice president, Northstar Meetings Group, has this to say about the upcoming event. “We continue to see unprecedented demand among the planners we serve, not only for Asia meetings and incentives, but for the wealth of ideas and inspiration that our Asia-based MICE industry partners are contributing to the global meetings industry overall. We’re excited to be contributing to that dynamic through our brands — most notably M&C Asia, which is headquartered in Singapore, as well as business events like MCAC2019. Ultimately, our business is about bringing planners together with the MICE industry suppliers who are most suited to their needs. This exciting event is a perfect illustration of that.”
Added Irene Chua, vice president Asia, Northstar Travel Group, “Northstar has a consistent track record, now producing 75 successful events in 13 countries annually. MCAC 2019 comes at an opportune time, considering the vast, burgeoning opportunities in the region. We are looking to ride that momentum to even greater heights and forge better, more lasting connections between our participants.”
