Hong Kong is rewarding visitors who attend some of its biggest events this summer with discounts at more than 100 hotels and attractions across the city.

Running until 31 August, the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) is offering ticket holders to selected mega events an additional 5% discount across hotel dining, attraction admissions, souvenirs and selected merchandise, with no limit on the number of times eligible tickets can be used during the promotional period.

Participating events include the Hong Kong Football Festival 2026, Cats The Musical, Ancient Egypt Unveiled: Treasures from Egyptian Museums at the Hong Kong Palace Museum, and the 2026 TMElive International Music Awards – which will welcome mega performers including Taeyong, Super Junior, Stray Kids and Charlie Puth.

Visitors will need to present a valid physical or electronic event ticket at participating outlets to redeem the offers. Screenshots, photographs and photocopies are not accepted.

HKTB said the initiative is designed to encourage visitors to extend their spending beyond event venues by linking major events with hotel dining and tourism experiences across the city, while supporting the wider visitor economy.
