Remote Lands, Amanresorts unveil exclusive private jet journey

The uber-luxe, boutique properties on the itinerary include Aman at Summer Palace, Amanfayun, Amankora Thimpu, Amankora Paro, Amanbagh, Aman-i-Kas, Amangalla and Amanwella. 

Remote Lands has announced the first annual 18-day private jet journey in conjunction with Amanresorts in October next year. 

It will include China, Bhutan, India and Sri Lanka. 

Just 16 guests will fly on a private jet and stay at eight Amanresorts in Beijing, Hangzhou, Thimpu, Paro, Rajasthan, Ranthambore, Galle and Tangalle.

The uber-luxe, boutique properties on the itinerary include Aman at Summer Palace, Amanfayun, Amankora Thimpu, Amankora Paro, Amanbagh, Aman-i-Kas, Amangalla and Amanwella. 

Remote Lands co-founder and CEO Catherine Heald will lead the trip.

Highlights include Beijing’s Forbidden City, a walk along the Great Wall of China, a private cruise on China’s West Lake in Hangzhou, a spectacular view of Bhutan’s Tiger’s Nest monastery, jaunts through the Pink City of Jaipur, a safari in search of the Royal Bengal tiger in Ranthambore National Park, a private tour of Galle’s Ancient Fort and a beach barbeque with fire dancing in Sri Lanka.

The private jet journey takes place from October 3-20, 2015 and costs $57,750 per person based on double occupancy ($23,000 single supplement) with places limited to a maximum of 16 guests.
