Regent Seven Seas Cruises has reported a record-breaking launch day for its newest ship, Seven Seas Prestige, with bookings on 26 June 2025 surpassing the previous new ship record by 26%.
The line’s top-tier Skyview Regent Suite – priced at US$25,000 per suite per night – was sold out on 6 of the ship’s 13 inaugural voyages. Regent said this marked the strongest opening day performance for a top suite in its history.
“I’m absolutely thrilled, but not surprised, by the phenomenal results that Seven Seas Prestige has produced,” said Jason Montague, chief luxury officer for Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “Seven Seas Prestige promises to begin a new legacy for the entire ultra-luxury cruise sector.”
Scheduled for delivery in December 2026, Seven Seas Prestige represents Regent’s first new ship class in 10 years and is being built by Fincantieri. Weighing 77,000 gross tons, the vessel is 40% larger than Regent’s existing ships, yet accommodates just 10% more guests – 822 in total – with 630 crew, resulting in a high space and crew-to-guest ratio.

The ship will feature 12 categories of all-balcony suites, including four new types:
The Skyview Regent Suite, the largest all-inclusive, ultra-luxury cruise suite ever built
Skyview Suites, split-level with private terraces and in-suite elevators
Grand Loft Suites, with double-height ceilings and full-length windows
Horizon Penthouse Suites, with large balconies for open-air lounging
Guests will have access to 11 dining experiences, including the new Mediterranean mezze-style concept, Azure, and 7 specialty restaurants. Other amenities include Starlink WiFi, unlimited shore excursions, valet laundry, and a one-night pre-cruise hotel stay for Concierge-level guests and above.
The inaugural season features 13 voyages across the Caribbean and Europe, including boutique ports such as Cartagena, St. Lucia, and Bordeaux.
