Oceania Cruises' key APAC executives recently visited Bangkok to
unveil its latest Simply More programme to guests and media in Thailand,
an up-and-coming market in Asia for the upper premium cruise line.
Vice president of international sales Jason Worth and director of sales for Asia Constance Seck, together with preferred travel agency and cruise specialist Deck 9, shared more about Simply More’s all-encompassing service
through Worth’s introduction of Oceania Cruises, a product presentation
by Deck 9, alongside sharing from Thai celebrity cruiser Onchuma “Fay”
Durongdej, who shared her first-hand account of sailing with Oceania
Cruises.
“Since the launch of Simply More in July last year, guests and travel
partners love simply more because it's simple and adds more value,”
said Worth, telling Travel Weekly Asia the key benefits the programme
has brought for travel advisors. “It's easy to explain to new people who
haven't sailed with us, so you don't have to teach them. If you know
about the offer, you can just talk about the product, which is a nice
change.”
With Simply More, cruisers will be able to enjoy dining in various
specialty restaurants aboard Oceania ships, alongside an extensive
selection of premium champagnes, wines, and beverages during meals.
Additionally, guests also receive complimentary WiFi and shore excursion
credit, which increases with the length of sailing, Worth added.
A sought-after amenity for Asian cruisers is Simply More’s complimentary
WiFi, which now enables two log-ins instead of one, making the offer
more value for money.
Soraya Kosadat, general manager of Deck 9, highlighted the
significant impact of onboard WiFi amenities. For couples on cruise
vacations, individual Internet access allows seamless connectivity.
Additionally, Starlink's advancements enable cruisers to conduct virtual
meetings and stay connected with family via Zoom while aboard Oceania
ships.
