Uniworld Boutique River Cruises has announced the addition of the
S.S. Emilie, a new super ship set to sail in Europe in 2026. Inspired by
Austrian painter Gustav Klimt, the ship is named after Emilie Flöge,
Klimt's life partner.
Ellen Bettridge, president and CEO of Uniworld Boutique River
Cruises, expressed enthusiasm about the upcoming debut, coinciding with
Uniworld's 50th anniversary.
“Our commitment to excellence is unwavering, and this outstanding new
vessel reaffirms our dedication to providing the best and most
luxurious ships on the rivers,” asserted Bettridge. “We believe in
delivering the highest level of quality to our guests, and our portfolio
truly embodies the best of the best in the market.”
The S.S. Emilie joins Uniworld's lineup of super ships, including the
S.S. Victoria and S.S. Elisabeth, expanding Uniworld's presence in
Europe's river cruising scene. Each ship promises a journey that
reflects the unique character of its surroundings.
With a fleet already boasting five super ships launched since 2020,
Uniworld continues to redefine luxury river cruising across diverse
destinations with a boutique hotel experience supplemented by
farm-to-table cuisine and curated excursions.
