A Greek-owned adults-only party cruise has been launched in the
Mediterranean offering “an extraordinary voyage of music festival,
culture and scenery”.
Neonyx Cruises, based in Pireaus, will launch 15 July with the former 3,470-passenger ship Costa Magica.
Sailing around the Greek islands, the renamed Goddess of the Night
promises an onboard lineup of world-famous DJs performing from sunset to
sunrise,
A series of adult-only three and four-night cruises among the
Cyclades islands will operate as a floating electronic/dance music
festival.
Passengers can choose their port of embarkation and disembarkation,
either Piraeus or Mykonos n Greece, or Cesme in Turkey. The ship will
also visit Santorini.
Neonyx Cruises says it offers “the ultimate fusion of entertainment
and premium cruise hospitality” and is “ideal for couples, solo
travellers and group of friends”.
The 105,000gt Costa Magica, built in 2004, was among ships exiting
the Carnival Corp. fleet during the pandemic. It was subsequently
acquired by Greece’s Seajets.
A casino, wellness centre with gym, spa, group exercise classes and shops are among the amenities and activities onboard.
