For a cruise line known for its themed sailings, ranging from Lego to Halloween themes, Goh hints at an upcoming special collaboration for Resorts World Cruises that he anticipates will excite guests, though details remain under wraps.

"Our themed sailings go back to experiential cruising. We cater to different market segments in different seasons, with programmes tailored to the various seasons. Right now, we're working on the year-end offerings. I'm always excited about the entertainment shows during Christmas time. The themes even extend to our cuisine, like high tea, and our chefs continually work to bring surprises to our customers," Goh explains.

One of the most unique surprises guests might encounter is being unexpectedly swept into a real-life musical. Goh reveals that during dinner, crew members from various departments may suddenly break into choreographed song and dance routines. "We don't want our product to be so predictable. You must also give people the element of surprise," he says.
