Princess Cruises has announced the Grand World Odyssey, a 129-night voyage aboard Grand Princess in 2029. Bookings for the line’s longest-ever round-trip world cruise open on 10 November 2026, alongside those for its 2028–29 Australia and New Zealand season.
The voyage will cover approximately 37,300 nautical miles, visiting 61 destinations across 31 countries and five continents. Guests can embark in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne, with an additional departure option from Dover in the UK.
The route includes two full transits of the Panama Canal’s new locks and scenic cruising near Easter Island and Pitcairn Island.
Destinations include New York, Reykjavik, Lisbon, Barcelona, Copenhagen and Tahiti, with eight late-night stays and one overnight call providing more time ashore. Guests will also have opportunities to visit 51 UNESCO World Heritage sites.
The world cruise forms part of a wider regional programme featuring more than 90 departures across over 70 itineraries aboard Grand Princess, Emerald Princess and Royal Princess. The season marks Emerald Princess’s first return to Australia since 2016–17, with regional voyages ranging from two to 46 nights.
