In a major change to its policy, Oceania Cruises will exclusively welcome only guests aged 18 and older for all new reservations for future voyages, effective immediately.
All existing reservations made prior to 7 January 2026, that include travellers under the age of 18, will be fully honoured by the cruise line.
The policy shift, which comes on the back of research drawn directly from repeat passengers, experienced travel partners, and new-to-brand guests, reflects “Oceania Cruises' dedication to providing a relaxed atmosphere of genuine hospitality and meaningful connection – hallmarks of its celebrated voyages”, according to the cruise line.
"Our guests have consistently shared that the tranquil environment aboard our ships is one of the primary reasons they return time and time again," said Jason Montague, chief luxury officer of Oceania Cruises.
