Ponant is now known as Ponant Explorations Group, following its acquisition of a majority stake in Aqua Expeditions, as the company looks to boost its international growth strategy, with a focus on creating a portfolio of top-tier exploration voyage brands.

Aqua Expeditions offers sailings through some of the world’s most biodiverse and culturally rich regions. With a fleet of modern, stylish ships, the brand provides five-star itineraries, a 1:1 crew-to-guest ratio, and expertly guided small-group excursions.
