Explora Journeys has launched the second phase of its loyalty programme, Explora Club, introducing online access to points and an expanded Status Match initiative.
Members can now view their points balance and tier status through the My Explora Account portal on the official website. Points are earned through nights sailed, eligible onboard purchases, and Destination Experience bookings, contributing towards tier upgrades and unlocking added privileges.
The brand has also broadened its Explora Club Status Match programme to include Oceania Cruises, bringing the number of eligible cruise brands to 11, which includes MSC Cruises; Crystal Cruises; Hapag‑Lloyd Cruises; Ponant; Regent Seven Seas Cruises; The Ritz‑Carlton Yacht Collection; Scenic Luxury Cruises; Seabourn Cruise Line; Seadream Yacht Club; and Silversea Cruises.
This means that travellers who hold status with Oceania – or any of the other participating cruise lines – can apply to match their existing tier to the corresponding Explora Club level.
To do so, guests simply need to provide proof of their status. According to Explora Journeys, “This enhancement comes directly in response to guest feedback, with strong demand for Oceania’s inclusion.”
Explora Club offers five tiers – Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond – each offering a wider range of benefits. These include:
Before departure: Early access to new sailings (Classic), priority assistance (Silver), private transfers and suite upgrades (Diamond).
Onboard perks: Birthday gifts (Silver), special turndown surprises (Gold), complimentary laundry (Gold), bridge tour (Platinum), and personal shopping advice (Diamond).
Exclusive events: Hosted receptions (Silver), President Journeys and Chef’s Kitchen experiences (Diamond).
Savings and rewards: Member-only offers (Classic), future journey savings (Silver), Journey Experience Credit (Platinum), and a complimentary journey for two (Diamond).
