Explora Journeys has released details of its 2027–2028 Journeys Collection, covering nearly 100 itineraries across five continents from September 2027 to May 2028.

The season will mark the brand’s first sailings in Asia, with EXPLORA III operating 28 Journeys to 47 destinations across Japan, South Korea, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. Each call will be a maiden visit. Overnight stays are scheduled in cities including Tokyo, Osaka, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Ha Long Bay, Ho Chi Minh City and Bali. The itineraries will also coincide with events such as Chinese Golden Week in Shanghai and Chinese New Year celebrations onboard in January 2028.

December 2027 will see the launch of EXPLORA V, the fifth ship in the fleet. The vessel will begin with Mediterranean sailings during the quiet season, calling at 27 destinations in nine countries, including a maiden visit to Salerno. Itineraries include an overnight stay in Istanbul and New Year’s Eve in Naples.

EXPLORA V will then move east to the Red Sea and Arabian Peninsula, joining EXPLORA I on itineraries through Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Oman, the UAE, Qatar and Bahrain. Highlights include Petra, Luxor, the Pyramids of Giza and AlUla, with multiple overnight stays planned.

Elsewhere, EXPLORA II and EXPLORA IV will operate in the Caribbean, Central America and South America, visiting 51 destinations in 30 countries. Maiden calls include Port Antonio in Jamaica, alongside ports in the Amazon such as Boca da Valeria, Santarém and Manaus.
