Renowned hotel operator Aman is venturing into luxury cruising with the introduction of ‘Aman at Sea’, helmed by its Jonathan Wilson.

Wilson, an industry veteran with over 20 years of cruise industry experience, is tasked with leading the development of Aman's first luxury superyacht, a collaboration with Cruise Saudi scheduled for its grand launch in 2027.

The 'Aman at Sea' superyacht stretches 183 metres long, housing 50 spacious suites, and interiors that reflect Aman's cultural heritage and ethos infused with avant-garde architectural innovations.

In his new role, Wilson will work closely with Aman's chairman and CEO, Vlad Doronin, to ensure the superyacht encapsulates the brand's hallmark meticulousness and exceptional service, synonymous with Aman's acclaimed hotels worldwide.

“This groundbreaking initiative extends Aman's visionary approach to the high seas, promising to redefine luxury waterborne voyages and mark the brand's first venture into the world's oceans,” Wilson shared.

Drawing from his extensive background, including roles as the vice president of customer experience and innovation at Hilton, and leadership positions at Princess Cruises and Cunard Line, Wilson brings a wealth of expertise in product development and cruise industry insights. His strategic vision is expected to play a pivotal role in propelling Aman's expansion and defining an unparalleled luxury yacht experience.
