- Deposit Policy: Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card, IATA number or direct deposit.
- SUN1 Richards Bay Cancellation Policy: Unpaid reservations are cancelled by 6 pm date of arrival
- Restrictions: Only 3 people per room sharing
