Description
Striking contemporary hotel located atop the new AL-Jaber twin tower complex - Close to the business & shopping district.
Location and History
The 42-story Al Jaber twin towers on the north side of Sheikh Zayed Road are landmarks sitting just across the Dusit Thani.
Part of this building is occupied by the Shangri-La Hotel, which instantly became a favorite with celebrities. In fact, scenes from the movie Syriana were filmed at the hotel. Diplomats and politicians also make regular visits.
Depending on traffic, the city center, the airport and Jumeirah Beach can be reached within 15 minutes. The Burj Khalifa Tower is within a stone's throw, as is the enormous Dubai Mall at the base of it.
