Location and History

Located six miles south of Laguna Beach, on a 175-acre parcel that straddles the Pacific Coast Highway from a clifftop location, this former St. Regis has been bought and sold a few times since opening in 2001.

The location may surprise some, as the guest rooms, golf and the majority of the public areas are on the land side of the highway; the private beach and beach club lie on the ocean side of the road with a free shuttle connecting the two.
