Location and History

Located just three short blocks (a five-minute walk) from Amsterdam's Centraal Station on the city's main street leading to Dom Square, Kimpton de Witt is situated right in the heart of Amsterdam. The hotel's main buildings date from the 1970s when it was a Holiday Inn, and later a Crowne Plaza. This trendy Kimpton, opened in 2017, is InterContinental Hotels' first Kimpton offshoot in Europe.
