Singapore’s scenic Marina Bay Sands waterfront will soon be ringing in the likes of Grammy-winning jazz acts like Ms. Lauryn Hill, Jamie Callum and Lalah Hathaway for the fifth anniversary edition of the Singapore International Jazz Festival (SING JAZZ) 2018.
Held from April 6 to 8, the three-night festival is set to feature 12 mega acts and 30 hours of music across multiple stages around the integrated resort, with more than 20,000 fans expected to attend the festival.
Performances at The Main Stage and The Late Show will feature Jazz and all its affiliated genres, including Soul, Blues, Latin, Funk, R&B, Hip-Hop, World Music and Electro Swing.
On April 6, Electro Swing sensation, Parov Stelar will headline the sunset sessions on The Main Stage by the waterfront at Marina Bay Sands Event Plaza.
Five-time Grammy Award-winning soul singer Lalah Hathaway, and jazz-pop artist Jamie Cullum will take to the Main Stage on April 7, while hip-hop and soul artist Ms. Lauryn Hill, who performs in Singapore for the first time, will be headlining The Late Show.
Indoors at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, The Late Show will offer party-goers an intimate concert experience that continues till 4am on both April 6 and 7.
